GBS Blades
Diamond Gang Saw Blades are used for manufacturing economically from slabs quarried blocks of soft stone, marble, travertine, lime stone etc. The segments can be arranged at regular or irregular intervals depending on service life, blade stability and surface quality of the slabs.

GBS marble gang saw blades are made of special Nickel Steel Strips with 2.00% Nickel, imported by GBS Enterprises, which ensures:

Improved tensile and straightening characteristics due to a suitable distribution of internal residual stresses.
Batter relaxation resistance by virtue of the improved elastic property, resulting in uniform high quality over a period of time.

All this, backed up by skilled and experienced personnel, ensures you hardened and rempered blade with high and reliability, time after time after time.

Chemical Composition of GBS BLADE:
Nickel = 2.00%
Carbon = 0.80%
Silicon = 0.25%
Manganese = 0.40%

These steel strips are specially developed to withstand the rigors of cutting marbles.
They are extremely resistant to fatigue and wear, offer straight and accurate cuts, hence offering excellent productivity. These blades feature:
